Dear All,

Thanks Poncelet! It is a honour to have your nomination. Unfortunately, I will not be accepting my nomination as policy chair, as I would prefer to serve in other capacities at the moment. 

Nonetheless, I would like to support the nomination of the other candidates on this list. I believe that Juan Manuel Rojas as Chair, Bikram as vice chair and the Communications Chair being Jean F. Quéralt would be a great combination of commitment and competence within the incoming EC. Therefore, I second their nomination.
