Dear Olévié and Esther,

Thank you so much for the nomination and your kind words. I truly
appreciate your confidence in me and the work I have done within the
NPOC-EC. It means a lot to me.

While I am honored to receive this nomination for the Chair position, I
have decided to decline this nomination. After careful consideration, and
the need to support a great leader and consensus builder like Juan who is
running for Chair, I have made the decision to focus my efforts on the
Membership Committee which I believe the community has witnessed some
growth. I believe that my skills and expertise can be best utilized in that
role, and I am excited about the opportunity to contribute in that capacity.

I want to assure you that I am fully committed to the success of the NPOC,
and I will continue to work hard to contribute to its growth and
development.
Once again, thank you for your nomination and your support. I look forward
to working with you and the rest of the team to achieve our collective
goals as Membership Committee Chair

Warm regards,

Caleb
