Dear NPOC Members,
I am writing to express my strongest endorsement of Caleb Ogundele for
Outreach and Engagement Coordinator.

I have had the pleasure of knowing him for more than Seven (7) years in my
role as an Executive of the Internet Society Nigeria Chapter.

During this time, I have consistently been impressed by his exceptional
leadership qualities and dedication to mentoring others.

Caleb possesses a natural ability to lead and inspire others. He has a
clear vision and is adept at communicating it effectively to team members.
He fosters a collaborative environment where everyone feels valued and
empowered to contribute. For example, he stepped aside to allow the
Chapter Secretariat function without restriction and was open to new ideas
and innovations. This was extended to any willing Executive.

Caleb is a dedicated and patient mentor who takes a genuine interest in the
growth and development of others. He possesses a knack for identifying
strengths and weaknesses, and readily provides constructive feedback and
guidance. He has a proven track record of success in helping mentees
achieve their full potential. A particular example of his mentorship skills
is encouraging more Nigerians understand how best to participate in ICANN
by organizing outreach projects, engagement webinars and mentoring sessions
though the School of Internet Governance, ISOC Webinars, to mention a few.

Caleb's ability to lead effectively and mentor others makes him a truly
invaluable asset. He is a highly motivated and results-oriented individual
with the skills and experience necessary to excel in this role.

I have no doubt that Caleb Ogundele would be a valuable addition to the
team. He is a highly respected colleague and a true leader. I highly
recommend him for this position.

All the best, Caleb.
