<p class="MsoNormal">One point which I agree with you is the scheduling. Due to several parallel sessions on Monday at the same time when NPOC-At-Large outreach session was taking place, fellows were given the opportunity to participate in the sessions per
their sector of interest. Such as, there were Tech Day session/workshop, GNSO review of all rights protection of gTLDs, GAC meeting with the Board, which all took at the same time, and all of them were put in Fellows’ agenda to participate based on their sector
of engagement. That was the reason why many of Fellows didn’t stay at your session till the end.
<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black">If staff/community can plan in advance, like with did with At-Large for their outreach session with NCUC, and which was not conflicting with other mandatory sessions (which I know is always a challenge not to have
any conflicting sessions in parallel), we will be able to make sure Fellows’ participation.

know firsthand what NPOC could do to encourage their participattion. It was significant due to the collaborative and informational nature of the session. It was designed around audience participation. Both the ALAC Chair and I thought it significant to
have an interactive session. Fellows would have the opportunity to ask questions of both groups and create meaningful dialogue and networks. There were presentations on ALAC, NPOC and a citizen GDPR initiative, topics that would educate and engage the Fellows.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

within the schedule to enable Fellows to attend sessions that would significantly educate them;<o:p></o:p></span></p>
