Why you would like to attend ICANN65 representing NPOC<br>
As actually one of the oldest active member of the NPOC, i would like to attend ICANN 65 because Im sure i can bring more support to the others members attending the meeting. Due to the fact that I belong to others ICANN communities like AFRICANN and ICANN-Francophonie,
 and At-large,  i'm sure I can help and very efficient for outreaching among these others communities members, particularly those who are from region and my diversity launguage  (francophones) and increase the membership level of the NPOC and its diversity.

A plan of engagement with the activities you plan to participate in<br>
First of all, i'll arrange to be part of the most of ICANN fellows activities with the goal to recruit among them for the NPOC. i'll also participate at many of the GNSO and NCSG activities during the meeting with the goal to seize any opportunity and talk
 about NPOC. What is it ? How  its works<br>
Explain which working groups/policy discussions you planning to be engaged in or wish to enhance your participation.<br>
I'm already a member of many Working groups and Teams. I belong to :<br>
IDN-WG, CCPDP-RET, NEWGTL-WG-WT5, SOCIAL-MEDIA-WG,  SSR2-OBSERVERS,  LIAISON6C mailing list etc. I'll join all that are necessary to let grow the NPOC.

How you would contribute to NPOC’s goals and mission. <br>
I have a presentation on the NPOC Which I can showcase anytime, anywhere. The presentation need just to be updated with the newest informations about the NPOC. Please, see the présentation in the attached file.
