there was a meeting minutes document instructing the bank as to what to do.

There are three alternatives. </p>

Bank of Montreal</li><li><span><span><span style="font:7pt "Times New Roman""> </span></span></span>A motion to replace me with someone who would

have to be in Canada (to sign documents)</li><li><span><span><span style="font:7pt "Times New Roman""> </span></span></span>A motion to reduce signing privileges to just

one person, to just you.</li></ol>

<p class="MsoNormal">Since there has been no money and there are no prospects of money,

I support alternative one. I will support whatever alternative you wish to

pursue. We need to decide and pass on the request to the NPOC Executive for Committee

action, and secure the appropriate meeting minutes to legitimate the selected

option. </p>
