Dear OFB-WG Members,

Holly Raiche, Chair of the OFB-WG, has asked staff to cancel the OFB-WG meeting scheduled for Thursday, 21 October at 19:00 UTC.

This is due to the At-Large Statement on the Draft PTI and IANA FY23 Operating Plan and Budgets<https://community.icann.org/display/alacpolicydev/At-Large+Workspace%3A+Draft+PTI+and+IANA+FY23+Operating+Plan+and+Budgets> , which was to be the focus of the meeting, being nearly completed.

The next step for the At-Large Statement will be for the ALAC to begin their ratification process on the At-Large Statement on Wednesday, 20 October.
