Thanks Ricardo. Once again, a very interesting read and much effort 
expended by the planning department in responding to the comments made. 
Communities submitting comments were: ALAC, ccNSO, GNSO, RySG, BC. When 
a bit of time comes free for me, I will delve more deeply into the 
responses provided to our specific comments and present them to an OFB mtg.
