·          Holly Raiche<https://community.icann.org/display/~holly.raiche> to add the TOR Pilot Holistic Review as Agenda topics to be discussed by this WG, in coordination with the ALAC on which group will deal with the topic.
·         @Holly Raiche<https://community.icann.org/display/~holly.raiche> to meet with a couple of members of the OFB WG to discuss how to better understand  from  the Large  perspective  how  we  can  support  or  participate  in  ICANN   policy, and how  we  can  respond  to  the  two  budgets  in  ways  that  will  support  At-Large's participation.
·         Next steps for the WG are to look at the operating initiatives to identify, in light of the   discussions we’ve had,  including  the strategic  trends which ICANN ran and rethink our priorities, and then incorporate those into our response to the budget.
·         The main Agenda item of the next meeting will be a follow up conversation amongst ourselves as to how we respond to the budgets and ABRs and Operating initiatives.
