[OFB-WG] FW: REMINDER - Deadline approaching 16 January - New process for FY25 At-Large Resource Requests

REMINDER:

Dear All,

Following the ICANN org announcement<https://www.icann.org/en/blogs/details/streamlining-resource-requests-from-the-icann-community-08-11-2023-en> to streamline community resource requests, all communities are encouraged to use the Annual Operations, Planning and Budget process for its resource requests.

To adapt to the new process the At-Large Operations, Finance, and Budget Working Group (OFB-WG) has developed a new streamlined process, including criteria and timeline<https://community.icann.org/display/atlarge/FY25+At-Large+Funding+Request+Workspace>, for the development, review, and implementation of the FY25 At-Large Funding Requests. The OFB-WG and ALAC will determine which At-Large Review Funding requests are included in the ALAC response to the Annual Operations, Planning and Budget public comment.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All At-Large Funding Requests will need to be submitted through completing the Online Funding request form.<https://forms.gle/uoK6NadquBsU7VwY6>  The deadline to submit requests to At-Large staff is 16 January 2024. At-Large Funding Requests should include activities that will make the entire At-Large community more effective in policy positions and /or advice development, operations, and engagement.
