·         OFB will draft a response to the letter from Theresa Swinehart, on the "Timing and Potential Deferral of ATRT4 and Upcoming Engagement with the ICANN community. Penholders are : Cheryl Langdon-Orr<https://community.icann.org/display/~cheryl.langdon-orr> ; Avri Doria<https://community.icann.org/display/~avri.doria>, Alan Greenberg<https://community.icann.org/display/~alan.greenberg> and Sebastien Bachollet<https://community.icann.org/display/~sebastien.bachollet>. The letter will include the results of the poll, the ALAC position will be the referral of the ATRT4 until after the Pilot Holistic Review.

·         Michelle Desmyter<https://community.icann.org/display/~michelle.desmyter> to schedule the next call for Thursday 21 March, at 18:00 UTC, according to the rotation agreed by the WG.
