Thank you for responding to the Doodle poll. The time that worked best is
8-9 am local time (15:00-16:00 UTC). I will reserve a space until 9:30
(16:30 UTC) in case you want a 90min meeting, but please note that Janis
would not be able to make the last half hour.
I will circulate the calendar invitation off-list.

Dear Public Experts,

In order to help schedule a meeting for you during ICANN51, I have created a
Doodle poll for you to fill out: http://doodle.com/n4655vtqtq6nf58e.

Tuesday or Wednesday morning seem to work best with your schedules. I made
the meetings no later than 2pm local time so as to allow for Jeannette to
dial in at a reasonable hour.

How long would you like the meeting to be? The Doodle poll has 30min
increments just to see when (and for how long) you are available, but I can
schedule the meeting for however long you would like. An hour? 90 min?
