[RDS-WHOIS2-Privacy-Proxy] Reminder: deadline to submit subgroup report & open action item

Hi Jean-Baptiste,

this deadline falls into the worst time due to GDPR issues that have 
only been made more complicated by ICANN in the past week. It would be 
nice if these deadlines for all subgroups could be pushed back by one or 
two weeks.
