<p class="MsoNormal">Face-to-face time is definitely a great way to advance on work but the council event being around the corner, I am worried we may have some scheduling issues to make this happen.
In addition, for the meeting to be fruitful, I think we would need to send a list of questions to Compliance in advance of the discussion so they can prepare accordingly and make sure you get the information you need.
