Thanks Lili. I think that is fine. As implied by 
your first point under Questions, I will note 
that I think we should defer taking action on 
this sub-topic until the other 8 sub-groups have 
completed their full work as they are doing the 
real work at assessing whether the plan was 
adequate or the reports (which all say everything 
is done) are correct. This sub-topic will really just be a summary of them.
