[RDS-WHOIS2-Reports] [RDS-WHOIS2-RT] Plan & Annual Reports subgroup draft report

Hi Lili,

I have asked ICANN org to clarify references in the sub-group report to the operating plan and to the annual report.

I trust they will get back to us shortly on this.
