At the request of the review team leadership and following the RDS-WHOIS2 plenary call #20<https://community.icann.org/display/WHO/Meeting+%2312+-+20+November+2017> discussion, please find attached the terms of reference and work plan the Review Team adopted.

The RDS-WHOIS2 seeks the Board Caucus Group’s input prior to formal submission to the ICANN Board.
