[RDS-WHOIS2-RT-Leadership_Staff] RDS-WHOIS2: Board Ca ucus Group’s input needed on adopted terms of reference and work plan

Chris, If I may make a suggestion, the next 
meeting of the RDS-WHOIS2 RT is on Friday, 05 
January and again on Monday, 08 January. If there 
are any questions or need for clarification, it 
would be optimal if we had this feedback in time 
to discuss it at these meetings and turn the 
revised or clarified ToR back to you without delay.

That yield a target not later than 2nd of 
January. Given the IGF and the holiday season, is 
there any chance you could meet this deadline? If 
not, our next set of meeting will be on  15/22 
January which will push the ToR going to the Board to February.
