I understand from your email that no leadership call should be scheduled for this week, can you please also confirm whether no plenary call should be scheduled?

While updating the doodle poll, I found that there was an issue in the calculation of several time zones in the Excel sheet you provided. Please find the updated version attached. It now appears that 14:00 UTC would be a convenient time for all review team members. Would you like us to schedule upcoming plenary calls at this time, or send out a doodle with other options?

Hi Jean-Baptiste,

My inclination is to delay by a week since I know that I will be spending most of next week catching up on the past two weeks away and will not have much time to prep for this call. But if Cathrin and Susan think we should go ahead with it, I can agree.

On the Doodle, only 12:00 and 13:00 UTC allow for a 90 minute meeting avoiding midnight till 6 am, but perhaps Lili is willing to go a bit later. Please add the third "If need be" option as well as enabling local time-zones. Please do not send this out until 12:00 UTC on Sunday to allow the US to have moved to Standard time.

Thanks. Unless I am mistaken, Cathrin is currently +2. I have made that adjustment and also added a second version for post ICANN60 when many of the members go off of summer time.

I will also send out a message asking if any team members would prefer to change their "off hours".
