Sorry again I couldn’t join the call, I'm struggling with a bad cold. Thanks for the quick update, Alice! This just to flag that the new time for the leadership call would create some issues for me, an hour earlier would be easier. But I can organise things differently if that would make it too early for others.

New plenary call time works well for me.

Thank you for joining today’s leadership call.

See below the notes from our meeting:
Decisions Reached:
·         Monday 1430UTC - 90 min - New time for plenary call
·         Thursday 1630UTC – 60 min – New time for leadership call
·         Dec 5th is the envisioned completion date for the subgroups to complete the planning document.

Action Items:
·         Ask RT members to select two subgroups they would be interested in leading (Leader/Rapporteur). Include definition of what role entails.  Ask RT members to select two with priority order by next RT call
·         On plenary call, ask for volunteers for in-depth analysis of work plan
·         Cochairs to run in-depth analysis of ToR. Reach out to Cathrin separately. Send out the Tor to list with call for changes at plenary meeting
·         Scope of review - remove required action from plenary agenda
·         Staff to check time of leadership call with ALAC/GNSO call 1630 UTC, and to check with Cathrin that new time calls work
·         Adjust work plan /ToR submissions to Nov 28th
