Dear All,

We will circulate an email to the review team shortly that includes the list of open Terms of Reference items that still need to be discussed. Note that the Review Team may also choose to add to the ToR or modify other existing sections. The list flags existing sections which contain placeholders that must be addressed before the ToR can be finalized.

The notification to the list will also include the doodle poll for the informal meeting at ICANN 60 as well as the implementation briefings’ questions (recs 5, 8, 10, 11). As agreed on the call, we will need you to validate the list of questions.

Alan, would it be possible for you to provide us with some guidance on the format you are envisioning for the scope document. We would be happy to send you a first draft.
