Thanks Cathrin. Short and concise, and if the group accepts this, it 
should address most or all of the issues I raised.

Lisa: please incorporate Cathrin's input into the version you 
distribute. Perhaps in the clean version, you could highlight the 
additions and either highlight or square bracket my issues that are 
now (hopefully) addressed.
