Has there been any progress on timing for the suggested July F2F?

I have a tentative trip that I need to decide on very soon that would 
have me leaving Montreal on Friday, 20 July and returning late on 
Tuesday, 24th. Do we have any information on whether this overlaps 
with what is being looked at?
