Dear RDS-WHOIS2 Leadership,

Please see attached spreadsheet showing conflict dates from RT members for next Face to Face meeting.  Note, that replies from Erika and Lili have not been received yet.  The dates with no conflicts are limited to Saturday and Sunday, 8-9 December.

The current options with only one conflict are as follows:

  1.  Monday travel with meeting Nov 20th – 22nd.  Conflict with Carlton.  (US Thanksgiving holiday is 22nd)
  2.  Sunday travel with meeting Dec 3rd – 5th.  Conflict with Stephanie.
  3.  Monday travel with meeting Dec 4th – 6th.  Conflict with Stephanie.
  4.  Sunday travel with meeting Dec 10th – 12.  Conflict with Carlton.

Please review and confirm;

  1.  Which dates you wish to move forward with so we can confirm meeting’s team availability
  2.  Sending Doodle poll to RT members with your selected dates
