[RDS-WHOIS2-RT-Leadership_Staff] Addressing finance/travel related questions raised on leadership call #14

Dear all,

As requested, please find attached line items you requested for expenses incurred to date broken down by categories (Airfare, Hotel, Per Diem, Catering) and by month (and events as such). We hope you find this information helpful. This monthly report was already approved and posted on the fact sheet wiki page.
As communicated on 22 November, at this time, 2 members on the Team do not require travel support, 5 members receive funding from their respective groups to attend ICANN meetings – with the caveat that we would still need to cover some of the costs - and 4 members do not receive funding from their respective groups to attend ICANN meetings. For meetings outside of ICANN events, this brings us to a total of 9 members who receive funding for travel.
We wish to confirm that marginal costs between economy and business class are borne by the Review Team.
ICANN org is responsible for determining who to send to meetings to provide the appropriate support the group.
Attached to this email you will also find: the RDS milestones sheet (posted on a monthly basis) and participation sheet (as of 30 November 2017) for your greenlight. Please raise any concerns you may have by Friday, 26 January. In absence of objections, we will move forward with the posting on the wiki.
