Dear Susan, dear Alan,

I have bad news: I will not be able to attend the F2F in Brussels on 19/20 July. We just received the dates for negotiation sessions for my legislative proposal under the Austrian presidency starting in July, and both days are scheduled. My management has given clear instructions that the proposal is the #1 priority so I cannot miss these negotiations. I wanted to alert you first to see how you want to handle this and whether this would mean possibly reopening the dates (if that is even still possible). My apologies for creating problems again.
