[RDS-WHOIS2-RT-Leadership_Staff] Draft report

Dear Susan, dear Alan,

You will have seen that Stephanie sent a markup version of the report. While a number of the changes might be uncontroversial and I would see no major issue with them, there are a few that would require discussion, plus comments that would need to be addressed still. The question is how we want to deal with this – it seems difficult for those who already signed off on content to have to go back once more at this late stage; on the other hand, the changes do not affect the substance and it could make the report stronger if we get real full consensus.

Hi Jean-Baptiste,

As usual, this took longer than expected.

There are a number of changes that I made please review them all to make sure what I wrote makes sense and accept the changes if they look ok.

The section on Consumer Trust is the wrong one. It needs to be completely replaced with the correct one from https://docs.google.com/document/d/1J2kdCRH1ftDd78ZoYrYcwA8HCrMEgPyaUW8DsKLXdyE/edit#heading=h.45jfvxd . If you have not already done so, please proof read it (it is not long if you skip the parts that are direct quotes from WHOIS1).

If Stephanie or Volker raise any objections, of course the particular consensus level and the general description will need to be changed.

Once all of that is done, please check for orphan titles and such (I fixed a few I saw).

Also if you have not already done it before you sent this version to me, please ensure that the Recs in the Exec summary are the same as the ones in the body.

With that, we should be close to finished.
