We would like to share with you a discussion draft ?Resourcing and Prioritization of Community Recommendations? (attached) - on behalf of Becky Burr, Chair of the Board?s Caucus Group on Budgeting and Prioritization of Community Recommendations.

The members of the Caucus Group plan to discuss the draft paper in more detail with you during the upcoming call on Wednesday, 30 October 17:00 UTC.  The goal of the call is to share with you the Board?s thinking and get your initial input on the principles and proposed steps on resourcing and prioritization of community recommendations.

important conversation on reviews.   We would like to invite you to
participate on the panel for the ICANN66 Session Enhancing the
Effectiveness of Review Recommendations and Their Implementation

To allow sufficient time for the discussion with the audience, we are asking two representatives from ATRT3 (given their role in reviewing reviews) and one representative each from CCT, RDS and SSR2 to participate.  Please limit each of your statements to a maximum of 5 minutes each.

If you are not able to participate in the session, we would ask you to
designate one of your co/vice-chairs for this important session. And we hope that all remaining members of the teams? leadership, as well as other review team members will be able to attend, too.

The session will have two goals. First, to provide the community with an update on the streamlining process, including a presentation by a Caucus Group member of the attached draft paper on ?Resourcing and Prioritization of Community Recommendations?, and to reflect on the need to address timing and cadence of future reviews. Second, to provide you with an opportunity to share your experiences of the specific review process and to explain what areas, from your experience as review team leaders, may benefit from enhancements or improvements as the ICANN community, Board, and organization embark jointly on this important streamlining exercise.

The session will be held in the Main Room.  In addition to you or your designee, avri and I will participate as members of the Board Caucus Group.  We will present the draft proposal and the wider streamlining process. You, the review team chairs,  will be invited to comment on the paper based on your experiences during their recent/ongoing reviews and/or share additional experience from your work as review team chairs. Following these initial statements, the audience will be asked to participate, either by asking questions to the panelists, or sharing their views on the current review process and potential areas for enhancing or streamlining.

and the contributions to ICANN?s accountability reviews.
