place concurrently. We are seeking input on ways to address the challenges with community bandwidth and workload, as well as ICANN resources in the immediate term, and on principles and related options for developing a more sustainable and realistic review

to limiting scope, or in the case of ATRT3, considering a postponement of no more than one year. Each option carries with it advantages and disadvantages, and some options will result in potential cost savings.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

limited community resources, ensure adequate funding for reviews, and ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the reviews. Some long-term options would require changes to the Bylaws, which are noted.
