[RDS-WHOIS2-RT] Reminder - Input needed by Aug 14th

The deadline has now passed with only one 
submission of a marked up ToR and no specific scope suggestions.

If anyone still wishes to contribute a suggestion 
on scope, please do so. We will do our best to 
present and discuss any submissions made by the end of business on Wednesday.
