[RDS-WHOIS2-RT] ICANN's plans with respect to GDPR

Yes, as I said in my other message with the subject "Privacy Issue", 
the GDPR is just one of many privacy issues that ICANN needs to 
address. This recommendation was just to brief us on ICANN's current 
plans regarding GDPR.
