[RDS-WHOIS2-RT] ICANN's plans with respect to GDPR

Hi Stephanie,

I have no idea.

Becky Burr is leading the initiative from the Board, Dan Halloran has 
just been named Chief Data Protection Officer. So I guess they might 
be possibilities. But that would be up to ICANN. If we go ahead with 
this, I will make it clear that we do not want a "fluff" presentation 
that simply says that ICANN is taking care of it, but something with 
real substance.
