[RDS-WHOIS2-RT] Public WHOIS After May 2018

Well, most registrars and registries are working on something more or 
less openly and ECO will present its GDPR playbook next Monday at a 
meeting for contracted parties in Brussels.

There is still a lot of tweaking and adjusting going on and the hope is 
to be able to have a majority of contracted parties sign on to a unified 
model to avoid splintering and process breaking.

More details when they emerge.
