[RDS-WHOIS2-RT] RDS-WHOIS2 Review Team: Plenary Call #10 - October 12, 2017

Dear Review Team Members,

In preparation for your call #10<https://community.icann.org/display/WHO/Meeting+%2310+-+12+October+2017>, scheduled for Thursday, 12 October 2017 – 12:30 UTC, please find below a suggested agenda:


  1.  Welcome, roll-call, SoI
  2.  Scope & Objectives
  3.  Objectives: Expressions of interest and first-pass planning assignments
  4.  Work plan
  5.  Terms of Reference
     *   Status update on incomplete sections
     *   Consensus policy
  6.  Implementation briefings questions
  7.  Confirm action items/decisions reached
  8.  A.O.B.

In anticipation of the meeting, we invite you to review carefully the attached documents that will be discussed on the call:

  *   Updated scope and objectives document
  *   Objectives matrix which reflects team assignments for first pass planning for each topic, based on expressions of interest gathered at the F2F and leadership team selections
  *   List of Implementation Briefings questions
  *   Updated version of the Work plan based on your input in Brussels

We have also attached the approved list of Face-to-Face Meeting #1 Action Items for your information.

You should all have received dial-in details to join this call. If not, please contact us off list at rds-whois2-staff at icann.org<mailto:rds-whois2-staff at icann.org> and we will make sure to send you a copy. If need be, you may join the call up to 20 minutes prior to the scheduled start to test your audio.
