[RDS-WHOIS2-RT] ICANN Legal Opinion on GDPR - Part 1

ICANN has received the first part of the independent legal analysis 
of the GDPR in relation to WHOIS that had been commissioned. Although 
we have decided that implementation of compliance with GDPR is not 
within the scope of this RT, it does make interesting reading.
