To answer your question regarding Adobe Connect, the Tech Support department is aware and continues to resolve future audio issues as soon as possible.

Tech support strongly advises dialing into audio bridge with the pop-up window in Adobe for a dial-out.  Also recommended is dialing in a few minutes early to any Adobe Connect supported call to confirm your audio connection.
