Sorry but I couldn't get your point. Can you be specific on what led to your conclusion? Why deliberately? An assertion is not helpful for me to understand.

Hi all, with regard to the points made by Lili on the definition of accuracy, I have now reviewed the issue and have come to the conclusion that the RT1 has deliberately chosen very specific, narrowly tailored language when making its recommendation regarding data accuracy. While other reports have been reviewed and incorporated into the work, in the end, the group chose this language and we should not re-interpret what they intentionally and knowingly chose to recommend. They focused specifically on the contactibility issue. To try and expand that language beyond the original intent is understandable but ultimately it constitutes an abuse of the goal of this RT which is specifically reviewing whether what the first RT recommended was implemented.
Our job is not to review what they should in your view have recommended, or what they had recommended if those words they chose did not mean what they mean.
If this attempt to subvert our work is continued, I will have to write a dissenting position into the report.

Volker
