Here is a list of the various subgroups and a 
proposal for who will present on their behalf. If 
the Raporteur will be present, I have listed them 
with (R) follwoing their name. If the Parporteur 
will nor be here, I have selected a subgroup 
member. In the case of Strategic Priority, both 
Volker and Carlton were candidates and I gave it 
to Carlton to balance workload.

Law Enforcement does not have anyone who will be 
here unless Chris wants to present (but at this 
point we have little to present!)  I am presuming I will do the intro.

Result is the following workload:

Alan: Intro + 4 subgroups
Carlton: 2 subgroups
Erika: 2 subgroups
Stephanie: 1 subgroup
Susan: 1 subgroup
Volker: 2 subgroups

Can Susan or Stephanie take over Plan and Annual 
Reports from me to even out the workload a bit?
