[RDS-WHOIS2-RT] Google is GDPR-proofing?

May 25 is not the date where measures to become compliant should be 
implemented, it is the date by which such measures must be completely 
implemented. So while Google may be quick to the compliancy table for a 
contracted party, in the overall picture they are probably very late. 
And most of the rest of us are going to be even later.

One curious thing I read recently is that a lot of online service 
providers are now electing not to offer services in the EU to avoid the 
GDPR. I am sure this will work very well in a world where VPN tunnels 
and other means to obfuscate your origins are readily available.
