[RDS-WHOIS2-RT] ICANN Proposal to adjust scope of RDS-WHOIS2-RT

Alan:
As you'd know, I'm not one to go along with what I consider a wrong-headed
view.

The only response would be for the community to withdraw support for the RT
to continue. Then we are retired for cause. So be it.
