Sure, it might not be the perfect setup but in my view the results are
contemporary indicators consistent with the law enforcement survey executed
by one of our subteams.

I see the "court order" raises it's head here as well. To the
reasonable unenlightened, this may seem reasonable, where the folks
have no understanding of the complexity and obstructions - why these
fail to happen regardless of legitimacy of reason or illegitimacy of
the domain.
