It was determined to poll the RT members
on their availability for upcoming plenary calls to decide if the schedule should be changed to every other week and or extended to 90 mins. A Doodle poll has been created to capture availability so a decision can be reached in the next coming weeks. Any
modifications to the meeting schedule would be in place until the first FtoF meeting in October. <b>See below.</b><o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">RT confirmed its first Face-to-Face: October 2-3 2017.
