policy, the SOI affirmation also confirms that the representations made in the SOI are complete and truthful. Secondly, legal department advised that forwarding a picture or PDF of a hand signed version is considered as an acceptable electronic signature.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Therefore, we would like to suggest the below step-by-step recommended process when filling out and returning your SOI/COI:<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">1) use print-outs received in Brussels (or print out both forms attached, if lost)<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">3) scan both sets of documents<o:p></o:p></span></p>
