The Terms of Reference (ToR) and Work Plan were scheduled to be approved at the plenary meeting scheduled for 27 November 2017. Since that meeting was cancelled due to the number of RT Members who could not attend, the approval was deferred until the meeting
scheduled for next Monday. As there are no other items for that meeting's agenda, the approval will be done via e-mail.<br>
