reports of first WHOIS review recommendations had been incorporated into the ICANN Annual Report. In my opinion, it is of course at ICANN Org’s discretion on the report channel (whether ICANN annual report or ‘annual review implementation report’ according
to Bylaws as discussed during the Plenary call #37) and report intervals (quarterly, annually…) . The intention of this recommendation is to have implementation report including all key elements, e.g. progress, effectiveness and impact evaluation, etc.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
