 implementation briefing on WHOIS1 recommendation 1. As a result, the SMEs wish to incorporate your requests and questions to the written implementation briefing so there is one written resource, i.e. one-stop-shop, for all the information. The week of April

 9<sup>th</sup> is the estimated delivery date of all materials. This paper involves multiple subject matter experts, hence this EDD.
