requirements was in fact referring to GDPR and similar rules
but also other legal requirements that might relate to
different concerns. So I believe your concern is already
addressed. It might furthermore be challenging to recommend
"balancing" legal requirements by the registries and
registrars who are not in a position to question those.

contacts in the privacy of their own data and legal
