Hi Holly:
I looked at the summary of changes soon as I saw the announcement.  Other
than the Change in Clause 2.9 & 2.10 [pertaining Pricing for Registry
Services] that allows the Registry operator to change [wholesale] prices
without reverting to ICANN, I didn't see anything that jumped out at me.
This change will not relieve the Registry operator of giving notice to the
registrars that are contracted.

Clauses 6.7 & 7.5(f) are mildly interesting; ICANN may unilaterally reduce
fees and if the registry files for reorg under bankruptcy it does not
automatically give the greenlight for ICANN to reclaim the rights under

All others are small bore language changes.  I do not think this warrants
any statement.
