Why is this so "interesting"?

First, even if the Whois record indicates Egypt it does not mean that
anything in the record has anything to do with reality.

Second, any registrar or registry that has the domain name is subject to
the Court's jurisdiction that the registrar or the registry is in.

What would you do if you domain name was stolen?
