​Whaddya know Bill, I figured the question was intended to be rhetorical
but there you go, that statement of yours kinda just lurched into a truth;
'it does not mean that any*thing in the record has anything to do with
reality *'(my emphasis).

Anything further I could add would be a long discourse centred on the
conundrum of virtual objects as property, the meaning of 'ownership' in the
DNS, [does it exist if it does not resolve?], jurisdictional reach etc.,
all of​ which would likely not be of interest to anyone else.

...notwithstanding, in my view pertaining rights in the DNS space, a U.S.
federal judge is likely a better rights protection mechanism than any
quango.
